You can contact us directly any time but take some time and read through the frequently asked questions on our website. If you have requested a quote already and you have some queries on that quote or your itinerary kindly contact our customer support or travel agent directly.


  • How do I go about paying for my vehicle?

You have two options. You can choose to pay using a credit or debit card via PayPal or you can pay using cash on the spot

  • How far in advance can I book my transport?

If you wish to book online, bookings must be made 24 hours before the journey is scheduled to begin. If one wishes to book a vehicle within 24 hours one should call to confirm whether one is available.

  • How will I be able to find my driver at the airport?

Our drivers will be given your contact information so that they call you the moment you land upon which they’ll inform you on where the two of you can meet. In the event a client wants a meet and greet, this may call for extra charges. One should contact our operator for more information.

  • What should I do in the event I leave a bag or goods in one of your Taxis?

Our drivers regularly check vehicles after a client has left to ensure they haven’t left anything. If you have they will report the matter and you will be called immediately. In the event you do leave something e.g. a bag, in one of our Taxis quickly call our operator and he/she will guide you on how you can it back.

  • I work at the top floor of my building. If I book one of your Taxis, how will I know that it has arrived?

In such a scenario you should give us your number when booking the vehicle and explain your situation so that the taxi driver can call you the moment he arrives.
